Can you create an artwork proof with my branding?

 

Yes, we have an art team that will take your branding, logo or ideas and create a customized mock-up of the product you wish to order.

The initial design is $60 with a $20 per revision fee after that. All art fees are waived when an order is placed.

 

What format of my logo do I need to send you to receive artwork proofs?

 

We will need a .eps version of your logo to provide artwork.

What is the time frame for custom products?

 

The time frame for custom products depends on the product itself. For all metal products that are completely customized, the process from artwork approval to order delivery is typically 5-6 weeks on first time orders. If a pre-production sample is required, an additional 4 weeks will be required. Reorders generally take 4-5 weeks.

Other items that are pre-manufactured but need logo customization such as pens, golf balls and tshirts take between 1-2 weeks depending on the exact product(s).

Do you only provide products that are shown on your website?

 

No, we are a qualified distributor and have access to thousands of products that can be customized with your logo and branding. If you are in need of a product that we don’t show on the website please contact us and we would be happy to provide you with pricing and information.

 

What is the minimum quantity requirements? 

 

This depends completely on the product that you are looking for, but generally our minimum quantity is 100 pieces.  For certain items we can do small quantities.
